Rules & Regulations
Please read and understand the following rules and policies carefully. By taking admission, students and parents agree to follow all institute policies.
Admission Fee
Admission fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Regular Attendance
Students must attend classes regularly. Missing classes without informing management will result in a penalty, and previous missed lessons will not be covered again.
Daily Attendance
Daily attendance is mandatory and will be marked regularly.
Additional Time & Fees
If a student takes extra time to complete lessons due to personal reasons, additional fees will be charged accordingly.
Re-Registration
If a student disappears after fee submission and returns after 2 months, re-registration will be required from the beginning.
Admission Freeze
In case of emergency, students may freeze their admission for one month only by paying a freeze fee of Rs. 2000.
Monthly Fee
Monthly fees must be paid on time before the due date. Late fee submission may result in extra charges.
Fee Adjustment
If a student pays the fee and does not attend classes afterwards, the fee will not be claimed, refunded, or adjusted.
Respectful Behavior
Respectful behavior with teachers and staff is compulsory. Misconduct may lead to suspension or cancellation of admission.
Homework & Practice
Homework and practice work must be completed regularly to maintain progress.
Parent / Guardian Communication
Parents/guardians should inform management in advance about any absence or issue.
Policy Updates
The academy reserves the right to update policies whenever necessary for better management and discipline.
